The program is a 10-week guided course specificity designed for you which involves choosing a specific character with which to discover and work with each of the 7 energy centers.
The 7 centers are:

2. The Sacral Center-links to safety needs
3. The Solar Plexus Center-links to belonging needs
4. The Heart Center-links to self-esteem
5. The Throat Center-links to self-actualization
6. The Third Eye Center link to self-transcendence
7. The Crown Center-link to source or creativity
